Breakfast -
Fruit, almonds, pear and peach soya yoghurt
Lunch -
Celery, beetroot, houmous, 'ham', sugar snap peas
Dinner -
Garlic mushroom pasta with quorn and peas
Yesterday was a great food day. I really enjoyed everything, especially the pasta, which was immense! I'm getting lazier though, I'm looking forward to the weekend where I'll have time to make a bit more effort with my cooking.
