Breakfast -
3 rice cakes with peanut butter and banana
Lunch -
Beetroot, celery, houmous, sugarsnap peas, fake 'ham'
Dinner -
Quorn fillets, broccoli, peas, roast asparagus and a stack of butternut squash, courgettes and goats cheese with a garlic 'butter' drizzle
(This was G's haddock. His plate was far more photogenic than mine!
Yesterday my food guru, Emily, told me that I can have goat's milk! Generally it's cow milk that causes stomach problems. I'm going to have a little now and then to add some variety to my meals, but I'm pretty happy being completely dairy free at the moment :)
It's nice eating a meal knowing it's doing me good. I still suffer with a bloaty belly sometimes, but I'm sure it'll take a while for my stomach to figure out what's going on!
