Be nice, little tummy


My stomach has been just awful for weeks now. It's just not nice.

Luckily, my chum in work is studying nutrition, so I can always ask her about food and my diet. She suggested I cut out dairy, carbs and caffeine for a few weeks. So this was my shop earlier! Lots of veg, brown rice, tofu and some more peppermint tea.

Let's hope a few weeks will allow my stomach to settle, then I can gradually start introducing things to see what upsets me.

Fingers crossed that pasta, cheese and potatoes sit well with me when they come back!

  1. hope your tummy feels better soon... I know all about stomach woes!! Don't forget to introduce them gradually back in or all our hard work will be wasted! x
