My stomach has been just awful for weeks now. It's just not nice.
Luckily, my chum in work is studying nutrition, so I can always ask her about food and my diet. She suggested I cut out dairy, carbs and caffeine for a few weeks. So this was my shop earlier! Lots of veg, brown rice, tofu and some more peppermint tea.
Let's hope a few weeks will allow my stomach to settle, then I can gradually start introducing things to see what upsets me.
Fingers crossed that pasta, cheese and potatoes sit well with me when they come back!
